How Do I Change Subscriptions?

To change subscriptions, you'll need to cancel your existing subscription and then sign up for the subscription you'd like to be on.

  • To switch plans, and depending on when your current billing cycle ends, you will need to cancel your existing plan and then sign up for the plan you'd like to be on
  • There is no upgrading, downgrading, or prorating. Any payments made on previous subscriptions cannot be retroactively applied to another subscription.
  • Depending on when your current billing cycle ends, we recommend waiting until your current subscription expires prior to signing up for another subscription to avoid potential overlap of access.

How To:

  1. Log into your NURSING.com Account
  2. In the upper right corner, click on your name to show the drop down menu, and select "Account"
  3. Next, click on the "Products" tab
    • If you currently have access to a particular subscription, you'll see a prompt letting you know that you already have access to that subscription.
  4. Select the subscription that you want to subscribe to and click the green "Purchase" button
