Mobile Subscription Refund (Apple Users)

Can I get a refund for a payment made on my subscription through Apple?

You may be able to receive a refund if it's in line with Apple's refund policy.
Please note that this refund method is ONLY for those signed up through the App Store.

How To Request a Refund:

  1. Open your email inbox
  2. Search for "Your receipt from Apple"
  3. Tap on the receipt for the purchase you want refunded
  4. Tap "Report a Problem" next to the purchase you want to report, and this will redirect you to Apple's problem reports page
  5. Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted
  6. Tap "Choose Problem" and select a problem from the menu
  7. Enter details for your problem, then tap Submit

Apple should respond within a few days to a week.
