What is required to qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee?

To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee, you only have to do two things:

1. Pass ONE SIMCLEX® exam
2. Contact us within 60 days of taking the NCLEX®

How do I request a Money Back Guarantee?

To request a Money Back Guarantee, you'll need to:

1. Email Customer Success at contact@nursing.com
2. Send us a screenshot of your official Candidate Performance Report (CPR) that the NCSBN sends after getting a Fail result - Quick Results is not an acceptable document form!
3. Screenshot must include:
   • Name
   • Date of NCLEX® exam
   • Result of NCLEX® exam

If your social security number is showing and is not x'd out on your report already, please make sure to blur that out before you send the report over!

How will I receive my refund?

In order for us to send not just a refund for the payments you made on your subscription, but a refund of the payments you made x2, we will need to send the refund via PayPal. So, if you don't have a PayPal account yet, you will need to create a PayPal account in order to receive your refund. But it's free to sign up for! 👍
